The subject of the contract is the summer maintenance of municipal roads, pavements, passages, squares and parking lots as well as the maintenance of green areas on roads and areas located in the Boguszów-Gorce Commune.
The subject of the contract is the summer maintenance of municipal roads, pavements, passages, squares and parking lots as well as the maintenance of green areas on roads and areas located in the Boguszów-Gorce Commune.
The subject of the order was divided into two tasks:
Task No. 1: Summer maintenance of roads, sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots, as part of the task, the Contractor undertakes, among others, to:
a) mechanical or manual sweeping of streets,
b) mechanical or manual sweeping of paved walkways, passages, squares
and car parks,
c) mowing the roadsides 4 times in accordance with the schedule prepared by the Ordering Party,
d) min. 2-fold washing of public transport stops on the dates set by the Ordering Party.
In the summer, if there are weather conditions qualifying for winter maintenance of roads, sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots, the Contractor will perform activities related to winter maintenance, at an unchanged rate of remuneration, subject to the provisions of § 7 section 19 of the said contract. Detailed definition of the subject of the contract in the field of summer maintenance of roads, sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots together with a list of streets, their lengths and the standard and order of their maintenance is presented in Annex 1 to the contract. The Contracting Authority allows modification of Annex 1 in the scope of changing the location of areas.
Task No. 2: maintenance of green areas, as part of the task, the Contractor undertakes, inter alia, to:
a) mowing green areas 4 times in accordance with the schedule prepared by the Ordering Party, cleaning and maintenance of green areas,
b) daily maintenance of cleanliness around separate areas for municipal waste collection,
c) maintenance and repair of street baskets and containers for dog droppings,
d) current emptying of street bins and containers for dog excrement in the Municipality and disposal of waste collected as a result of the contract, for disposal in accordance with applicable regulations,
e) cleaning the city during and after mass events organized by the Commune,
after prior arrangement of the date with the Ordering Party,
(f) raking and export of the harvested leaves for disposal.
In the summer, if weather conditions qualify for winter maintenance of green areas occur, the Contractor shall perform activities related to their winter maintenance at an unchanged rate of remuneration, subject to the provisions of § 7 section 19 of the said contract. Detailed definition of the subject of the contract for the maintenance of green areas is presented in Annex 2 to the contract. The Contracting Authority allows modification of Annex 2 in the scope of changing the location of areas.
The subject of the contract specified in this paragraph will be implemented during the contractual period in a technologically differentiated manner depending on the weather conditions.
