Airbus Helicopter AS332L1/H215 component maintenance services for main dynamic components overhaul.

The Air Patrol Squadron of the Finnish Border Guard (later as the contracting authority or the buyer): requests overhaul and repair services for Super Puma AS332L1e dynamic components with applicable accessories. The components covered by this agreement are listed in Appendix I. During the term of this agreement, the seller shall undertake at its facilities; component storage, maintenance, repair and modification services on the buyer's components, upon and according to the terms, conditions and provisions provided in this agreement and its appendices and maintenance services that may be agreed upon with the buyer in future orders. During the term of this agreement, the buyer shall undertake to contract its component storage, maintenance, repair and modification services, as specified in this agreement or its appendices, to the seller, upon and according to the terms, conditions and provisions provided hereafter and maintenance services that may be agreed upon with the buyer in future orders.
