Within the HAN, the need arose to accommodate the delivery and implementation of an application for a new eHRM system within a new Agreement.
The eHRM system is one of han's core systems.
In general, the assignment consists of:
- delivering and setting up a SaaS eHRM solution and the management and maintenance thereof;
- the scope includes: employee administration, payroll and expense processing
of internal staff, operational reporting and analysis, leave administration, sickness and absenteeism administration, employee assessment &development, personnel planning and digital signature;
- connectivity to the HAN integration layer and system-to-system.
For the optional scope 'Recruitment and selection', which must be part of the Registration and Registration Price, HAN will decide within 4 months after award whether this optional scope will be purchased.
For the optional scope 'Talent Management', which must be part of the Registration and Registration Price, HAN will decide within 12 months after award whether this optional scope will be purchased.
