The purpose of this public contract is to provide sourcing and commercial porting services for the provision of expertise (information systems technologies, digital technology, and associated innovations).

To support the Mipih teams in their mission, in addition to existing markets without this being an alternative to NSE, Mipih is launching a consultation to reference a company able to propose independent expert resources.The incumbent will have to carry out commercial porting and sourcing, with the possibility of calling on salary support subcontractors who are able to contract external talent without a legal structure.
