The scope of the Assignment consists of the following Services as described in Appendix 2 Program of Requirements Services Facility Service Desk 2024 to this Guideline:
• Occupancy 1st line Facility Service Desk (Basic Services);
• On the following working days: Monday to Friday (except public holidays recognized in the Netherlands plus 5 May) from 08:00 to 17:00 (mandatory half-hour break between 12:00 and 13:00);
• On location town hall of the municipality of Lelystad;
• Optional additional services:
o Services 1st line Facility Service Desk for events outside opening hours of the Facility Service Desk (evening/weekend)
o Extra Services 1st line Facility Service Desk for Basic Services
o Services 2nd line Facility Service Desk during opening hours of the Facility Service Desk
