The total area for cleaning is 5 785 m2, including overflow troughs around Niecek and dispensers for soap, toilet paper and toilet paper and toilet dispensers. Required number cast of cleaners፦ current cleaning service (day shift) — minimum 2 persons — complete cleaning of the property (night shift) — minimum 4 persons - supervising the cleaning team — minimum 1 person. The Contractor shall be obliged to maintain, as specified above, the employment rate of persons with disabilities, throughout the period of execution of the contract The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor (also Subcontractors) employ on the basis of the employment relationship - within the meaning of Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974. Labor Code (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320), persons providing daily cleaning services described in this Description of the subject orders. Employment under an employment contract should continue throughout the period of implementation of the contract. The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out contracted works by means of his own mechanical equipment and hand equipment using his own cleaning and hygiene measures adapted to the nature and specifics of the facility, applying in his work appropriate cleaning principles and technologies ensuring that the proper sanitary condition of the facility is maintained. The main rooms for cleaning are: pool hall (uncki: sports, recreational, whirlpool and children's paddling pool) - total pool area 600 sq.m., cloaking/changing rooms (5) of 300 sq.m., showers (250 sq.m.), sanitarias (160 sq.m.), 2 saunas (125 sq.m.), gymnasium, grandstands, strings communication rooms, administrative rooms. The Contractor, before signing the contract, will develop a Hygiene Plan of the facility. Details of the execution of the order are contained in the Item Description of Section II to SWZ.
