The Municipality of Ujazd and the units listed in Annex No 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate agreements arising from this procedure for the award of a public contract by means of an unrestricted tender for the ELECTRIC ENERGY ON THE SERVICE GMINA AND ONE ORGANISATION. Details of the conclusion of contracts by the Municipality and its organisational units are included in Annex No 1 to the SWZ. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to represent the Contracting Authority and its organizational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of a change to the seller. For the performance of the abovementioned activities, the Contractor shall be granted an appropriate power of attorney (Annex 4.1 to SWZ)
The Contracting Authority shall act on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the premises of the Contracting Authority), on behalf of:

• Municipal Centre for Cultural Activities in Ujazd
Order — purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ:
1) The estimated electricity demand between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2023 is 2,442 216.00 kWh.
2) The estimated value of the order for the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023 is
1,074 575.04 zł.
3) The performance of the activities arising from the power of attorney constituting Annex 1 to the Designed provisions of the Agreement (Annex No 4.1 to SWZ), in particular the Contractor obliges the Contractor to notify the designated Distribution System Operator to implement the sales contract concluded with the Contractor electricity, the submission of statements of will and the determination on behalf of the Contracting Authority of all necessary information in the field of termination of the existing contract for the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representation of the Contracting Authority before the competent Operator of the Distribution System in matters related to the conclusion of a distribution service contract.
The Contracting Authority informs that the seller change process takes place in the case of most pre-emptive points once again. Details are included in Annex No 1 to SWZ.
