The service put out to tender shall be awarded in a lot during the procedure in question and shall consist essentially of the following individual benefits:

— Acquisition, transport and recovery of the waste paper from the collection of recovered paper handed over to the EEZ in a quantity of 7 700-12 000 mg/A (evaluation quantity: 11 500 mg/A), including recycling logistics and disposal of the contaminants/sorting residues. The transferred waste paper is the municipal quantities and, if necessary, the quantities to be recycled on behalf of the dual systems.

— Optional: Provision (rental) of press containers at 3 recycling centres in the county, including transport and recycling of the waste paper recorded with them.
