1) The subject of the order includes the collection and development of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Czarny Dunajec between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022.

2) The entire order is divided into 2 parts:

(a) Hi 1 - Receipt and development of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the community of Czarny Dunajec between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022;

b) Hi 2 - Reception and development of municipal waste from schools and public areas from the area of the Municipality of Czarny Dunajec between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022.

3) The detailed scope of services under Parts 1 and Part 2 is detailed in Annex 10 to SWZ - Description of the object of the order.
