The subject of the contract is the delivery in the form of an operating lease with a redemption option for URBIS Sp. z o.o. 3 pcs of factory new, not older than 2021 specialty equipment:

— Wheel loader with equipment (hereinafter “Lease Subject”) a detailed description of the object of the order is set out in Annex No 1 to SWZ,

— truck type of dump truck for driving in rough terrain,

— mobile drum screening.

Item financing type: Operating lease with redemption option — the lease is intended to assume the obligation of the Contractor to sell and the Contractor to purchase the object of the lease, conditional only on payment by the Ordering Party of the receivables arising from that contract. Lease period: 36 months (i.e. 35 months of lease + redemption 1%), entrance fee 10%.
