The subject of the contract includes delivery, development of installation projects, installation and commissioning of photovoltaic systems (PV) in residential buildings in places indicated by the Ordering Party in the territory of the Municipality of Wielka Nieszawka in order to obtain electricity in quantities:
Installation of PV with a power of min.2.72 kWp - the number of pieces to mounted- 16;
PV installations with a power min 3.06 kWp - Number of pieces to mount - 3
PV installations with a power min. 3.4 kWp - Number of pieces to mount - 10
PV installations with a power of min. 4.08 kWp - Number of pieces to mount 16;
PV installations with a power min. 4.76 kWp; - Number of pieces to mount- 7;
PV installations with a power min. 5.44 kWp - Number of pieces to mount - 40
1) The subject of the contract includes and the delivery, development of installation projects, installation and commissioning of photovoltaic systems (PV) in residential buildings in places indicated by the Ordering Party in the Veľká Nieszawka Municipality in order to obtain electricity in the following quantities:
Installation of PV with a power of min.2.72 kWp - the number of pieces to mounted- 16;
PV installations with a power min 3.06 kWp - Number of pieces to mount - 3
PV installations with a power min. 3.4 kWp - Number of pieces to mount - 10
PV installations with a power of min. 4.08 kWp - Number of pieces to mount 16;
PV installations with a power min. 4.76 kWp; - Number of pieces to mount- 7;
PV installations with a power min. 5.44 kWp - Number of pieces to mount - 40
2) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract shall be defined by the elaboration constituting Annex 8 to this specification.
3) The Contractor is obliged to notify each installation to the Distribution System Operator within 3 days from the date of completion of the installation of the individual installation.
4) The Contractor who submitted the most favourable offer shall submit, at the request of the contracting authority, the catalogue cards of the offered equipment, in order to confirm the fulfillment of the conditions set out in Annex 8.
5) The risk of correctness of determination of the item and the costs of execution of the subject of the contract shall be borne The assembly work must be carried out in accordance with the design assumptions and technical documentation of the manufacturer.
6) The Contracting Authority shall make available to the Contractor the installed assembly addresses, provided that for reasons independent of the Contracting Authority, the above addresses are subject to change. The Contractor according to his own choice, at his own responsibility and risk may view the place of assembly for the purpose of gathering all information,
which may be needed for the correct preparation of the offer.
7. Equivalent materials and equipment shall be used for materials and equipment for which the manufacturer or distributor is indicated, meeting at least the parameters set out in Annex No 8, with the consent of the Contracting Authority.
8) The Contractor performs assemblies according to the timetable presented in the offer form
