As part of its main missions, the contract holder will ensure the verification of the balconies and loggias of the LA CAENNAISE real estate portfolio. The description of its services and their technical specifications are defined in the Special Administrative and Technical Clauses (CCATP).

It is also a mixed fixed-price service contract (DPGF) and one-off orders (BPU), in the form of a purchase order contract, with no minimum or maximum quantity and no minimum amount but with a maximum amount of €16,000 excluding tax over the duration of the mission.
