The subject of the tender is the flight by helicopter and the pipeline monitoring of the complete pipeline network of ONTRAS (approx. 6,090 km of high-pressure network) including all branch and connecting lines. The aim is to detect hazards, irregularities and impairments at an early stage through regular monitoring, registration and reporting of the pipeline network and thus to ensure technical safety in accordance with § 49 Abs. 1 Energiewirtschaftsgesetz. The documentation takes place in a report on the flight (monitoring report), which contains the report-relevant flight data of a flight. Monitoring performance focuses on object detection and third-party intervention, ground movement and leakage detection. By means of line flying, these must be recognized, documented, reported during observation as sources of danger in the controlled area and in the event of immediate danger, immediate intervention must be taken by external landings.
