The purpose of this contract is to provide technical engineering assistance for the quality monitoring of maintenance services for technical installations (HVAC, sanitary and electromechanical installations (including lifts and nacelles)) in the buildings of the General Secretariat of the Council (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Secretariat’) in Brussels.
