2. The description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constitutes Annex 1A to the SWZ.

The detailed scope of works is specified in the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and bills of quantities (as an auxiliary element to the price calculation), which constitute annexes to the tender specifications (hereinafter referred to as the General Procurement Specifications).
4. The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for the subject of the contract for not less than 3 years from the date of final acceptance of the works.
5. The warranty period for the subject of the contract is 5 years.
6. The tender drawn up must be in accordance with the subject of the contract, the design documentation and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works.
7. Obligation to employ under a contract of employment.
