- execution of a comprehensive central heating and hot water installation powered by stage furnaces

in premises, along with gas or electric stoves for preparing meals (in accordance with the sanitary part of the technical design)

- execution of electrical installation to supply central heating and hot water devices in premises

and common parts and separate sanitary facilities (in accordance with the electrical part of the technical design)

2. The description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constitutes Annex 1A to the SWZ.

3. The detailed scope of works is specified in the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and bills of quantities (as an auxiliary element to the price calculation), which constitute annexes to the tender specifications (hereinafter referred to as the General Procurement Specifications).

4. The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for the subject of the contract for not less than 3 years from the date of final acceptance of the works.

5. The warranty period for the subject of the contract is 5 years.

6. The tender drawn up must be in accordance with the subject of the contract, the design documentation and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works.

7. Obligation to employ under a contract of employment. The contracting authority, acting pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, requires that as part of the performance of the contract, activities directly related to the subject of the contract (included in the so-called direct costs resulting from the bill of quantities, i.e.: construction, construction, installation, electrical, finishing works) should be performed by persons employed under an employment contract within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.06.1974 Labour Code. 8. The Contractor shall provide a construction manager and a works manager with appropriate building licences.
