30. The Contractor shall provide an authorized service in the Polish.

31. The Contractor shall provide free installation, commissioning and free training of personnel completed with the signing of the protocol, no later than 7 days from delivery or notification of such a need by the Ordering Party.

32. The Contractor shall ensure free transport of the device to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

33. The Contractor shall provide with the device an instruction manual in Polish.

34. The Contractor grants a minimum warranty of 24 months for the device.

35. During the warranty period, the Contractor undertakes to a minimum of 2 free (including the costs of service work, travel, consumables) warranty inspections in the periods indicated by the Ordering Party.

36. The service response time during the warranty period does not exceed 48 hours.

37. Repair time in the Polish – 7 days.

38. For the duration of the repair for more than 7 days, the Contractor shall provide a replacement device with parameters equivalent to the repaired one.
