Optical measuring system for measuring deformations of structural elements

Objective : System for non-contact measurement of deformations and displacements of structural elements

The system should include:

1. A set of two cameras allowing to measure deformations and displacements of elements in 3D (camera resolution not less than 4000 px x 3000 px, shooting frequency: not less than 100 frames / s),

2. Calculation software for 3D projects saved using the system, allowing for conducting analyzes. Software minimum in Polish and English should enable:

a. performing 3D calibration,

b. creating a 3D design with saved loading stages,

c. import of external signals, e.g. force values,

d. determination of the angle of torsion and angle of twisting,

e. creating a trajectory of a measuring point in 3D space,

f. creating ranges of stages in a given project (in order to, for example, a more accurate analysis of a given phenomenon - e.g. sample cracking),

g. determination of the Poisson's ratio for two different sample planes simultaneously in one design,

h. Possibility to measure displacements in three directions,

i. Ability to measure major deformations, along the indicated axes, Misess, Content,

j. Reporting module that allows you to export test reports as pdf files with embedded videos in pdf files,

k. Ability to base measurements on CAD models and take over coordinate systems from CAD.

The system should have possibilities of further expansion such as:

a) Possibility of connecting your Zwick Roell machine in the range of minimum recording of forces and deformations from your extensometers,

b) Possibility of retrofitting with a controller enabling analog synchronization of the measurement system operation with the work and readings of parameters from the Zwick Roell testing machine,

c) Possibility of retrofitting with further 3D sensors.
