For the renovation of the Friedrich List School (FLS), 44 classrooms have to be relocated to the pioneer barracks. 16 of these can be accommodated on the top floor of the pioneer barracks and 6 on the first floor in the former rooms of the HfG archive. For the remaining 22 classrooms, separate container classes will be set up in the parking lot behind the pioneer barracks. These container classes are the subject of a separate invitation to tender.

For the school to move into the premises of the pioneer barracks, safety-relevant measures / upgrading of the technical systems as well as the energetic renovation of the building must be carried out. The rest of the building can be successively refurbished after the school has moved in.

MSR system for the regulation and control of the following components:

1. remote steam transfer station,

2. W / W heat pump including well system,

3. Heating distributor with 2 heating circuits,

4. Compact ventilation systems 3 pieces, communication via Modbus interface,

5. Individual room control for approx. 30 rooms,

6. Activation of approx. 30 fault and alarm messages,

7. Establishment of a BMS for the visualization and monitoring of the above-mentioned systems.
