The order is divided into 3 parts / routes.

The procedure is conducted under an open tender with an estimated value above the amount specified in the regulations issued on the basis of art. 11 paragraph 8 of the PPL Act with the application of art. 24aa. the so-called. reverse procedure.

The Employer stipulates that the Contractor must carry out deliveries to each of the indicated outlets along the route and: Czysta 7 Chorzów, Private Kindergarten "Blue Corner" ul. Wesoła 24 Chorzów and Private Kindergarten "Blue Corner II", ul. Opolska 21 Chorzów by a separate vehicle / bus and may not combine transport within these facilities with other facilities in this part / route as well as with any other routes.

Other routes may be combined, but this may not affect the quality of services rendered, min. travel time of the child to the institution and back.

In connection with the performance of the public procurement contract, settlements will be made in PLN.

In the field of vehicles used to implement the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Act on electromobility and alternative fuels of 11.1.2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 317, as amended).
