The Norwegian State Education Loan Fund is holding an open tender contest for a framework agreement with a facilitator of consultancy services within IT consultancy services and project management. The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that the Norwegian State Education Loan Fund has access to consultancy services within the following competence areas:

— System development, further development and administration of the Norwegian State Education Loan Fund's system portfolio;

— IT-security;

— IT-operations and infrastructure;

— Project management and process management.

Tenders must be submitted for facilitating consultancy services within all of the above mentioned competence areas.

The consultant facilitator shall be a complete responsible contract party for all the call-offs under the framework agreement with Norwegian State Education Loan Fund.
