The subject of the contract is the construction of a gravity and pressure sanitary sewage system together with a temporary sewage pumping station and an overflow well in Stare Babice in the Stare Babice commune. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the specification of essential terms of the contract (SIWZ part IIII - description of the subject of the contract) and project documentation constituting an attachment to the ToR.

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a gravity and pressure sanitary sewage system together with a temporary sewage pumping station and an overflow well in Stare Babice in the Stare Babice commune.

1) The sewage system to be made up consists of:

a) Gravity sewage pipelines made of vitrified clay pipes DN400 diameter with a length of approx. 457.5 m (including approx. 20 m using trenchless method)

b) Gravity sewage pipelines made of PVC-U pipes, class SN 8 with a solid wall with a diameter of Ø315 (Dz315x9.2mm) with an elongated socket with a length of approx. 14 m

c) 457.0x8.0 mm steel protective pipe, approx. 6 m long

d) Gravity sewage pipelines made of PVC-U pipes, class SN 8 with a solid wall diameter of Ø200 with an elongated socket about 265 m long

e) 323.9x5.0 mm steel protective pipe, approx. 6 m long

f) Gravity sewage pipelines made of PVC-U pipes, class SN 8 with a solid wall diameter of Ø160 with an elongated socket about 55 m long

g) Pressure sewage pipelines of PE100 (SDR17) pipes Ø90x5.4 mm with a length of approx. 14 m

h) Plastic sewage wells of the TEGRA type or equivalent Ø425 with a cross kinetic - 6 pcs.

i) Plastic sewer wells type TEGRA Ø600 or equivalent with cross kinetics - 7 pcs.

j) Concrete cascade sewer wells Ø1200 with a monolithic bottom of the company BREJNAK, BUDOKRUSZ or equivalent, and a kinetics of the company PREDL or equivalent - 6 sets

k) Concrete sewer wells Ø1200 with a monolithic bottom of the company BREJNAK, BUDOKRUSZ or equivalent and a kinetics of the company PREDL or equivalent - 8 sets

l) Concrete overflow well with internal dimensions of 180x160 cm by BREJNAK, BUDOKRUSZ or equivalent, and a PREDL kinetics or equivalent - 1 item

m) Temporary sewage pumping station with a diameter of 1500mm along with the power connection and hardening of the area around the pumping station. The internal walls of the sewage pumping tank should be protected with a PREDL-CORPROTECT lining or equivalent, made as a monolith with concrete rings.

2) The subject of the order is described in detail:

- Instruction of the head of the Stare Babice commune regarding the reconstruction of the road surface

- Resolution of the Board No. 3/2013 of the Municipal Enterprise Municipal "EKO-BABICE" regarding the determination of prices for closing and opening valves on the water supply network in the Stare Babice commune

- Resolution of the Management Board No. 5/2018 of the Municipal Enterprise Municipal "EKO-BABICE" regarding: requirements for contractors regarding the specification of GIS data on newly constructed sewage network facilities

2. It is anticipated that the contracts referred to in Art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act. The awarding entity within 3 years of the award of the basic contract envisages the award of contracts whose subject will consist in the repetition of works similar to those which are the subject of this contract, and their total value will not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract and has been included in it. The possible scope of these orders includes, in particular, works related to the construction / expansion of the gravity and pressure sanitary sewage network, construction of sewage pumping stations and other accompanying works that will become due to be carried out in connection with the implementation of the contract. The orders referred to above will be awarded under the conditions set out in a separate contract - in accordance with the content of the basic contract (the scope, deadline, length of warranty for defects, the need to require security for due performance of the contract or the Contractor's remuneration, etc. may change), after negotiations with the basic contractor.
