The contracting authority wishes to conclude an agreement with one contractor for VTH Software, as further described under questionnaire 1.1 in Mercell.

The agreement has an initial duration of four (4) years, with an option for unilateral renewal by the contracting authority of eight (8) times 1 year.

The contracting authority expects the new agreement to take effect on 30 March 2023 (signing the contract).
