1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of liquid fuels to cars and equipment used by the Contractor's service stations and field units, carried out in the form of cashless refuelling at the Contractor's service stations in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship with the possibility of taking fuel at other Contractor's stations throughout the country.
Estimated quantity:
- unleaded petrol Pb 95 - in an estimated amount of 45,000 litres,
- diesel oil – in an estimated amount of 130,200 litres,
- LPG - in an estimated amount of 12,000 liters.
2. The detailed scope of the contract, the method of its performance and the method of payment are contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference, and the model agreement, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.

2. Supplied liquid fuels must meet the quality requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels, Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 28 May 2021 on quality requirements for liquefied gas. The Contractor shall present documents and quality certificates of fuels at the service station at each request of the Contracting Authority.
3. Refuelling will be successively dependent on the current needs of the Ordering Party to the tanks of motor vehicles and to the canisters for the equipment.
4. The Contractor has a network of petrol stations located in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and the possibility of refuelling vehicles at stations throughout the country. The Contractor will ensure that the vehicles can be refuelled by the Contracting Authority's drivers on weekdays (from Monday to Saturday) and on non-working days (Sundays and holidays). The Contracting Authority requires at least two petrol stations within the city of Kielce, including at least one open around the clock. With regard to the seat of the Regional Roads and Road Circuits, the distance from the nearest fuel pump may not exceed 25 km.
5. The Contractor has at its disposal a system of cashless purchase of fuels by means of fuel cards. Within 10 working days of signing the contract, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with fuel cards enabling cashless purchase of fuel. The number of fuel cards will be determined by the Ordering Party when signing the contract. The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with a list of vehicles and equipment in its possession immediately after concluding the contract.
