- Supply of 17 basic trains (60 +/- 10 meter electric), 17 dual basic trains (with on-board power generation / accumulation systems for traction on non-electrified tracks, with a length of 68 +/- 10 meters) and 9 dual extended trains (with a length of 86 +/- 10 meters), with a supply voltage of 3,000 V, in direct current, and 25,000 V, in alternating current, and a maximum speed of at least 200 km / h under power supply catenary and 160 km / h in non-electrified areas, to provide service, prior transformation, in lines of width 1 668 mm or 1 435 mm of the RFIG, as well as the approval of all types of trains included in the scope of the tender ,

- Supply of park parts equivalent to 4 trains (1 basic train, 2 dual basic trains and 1 dual extended train), tools for first and second level maintenance for a workshop and initial spare parts warehouse for the entire fleet acquired in the supply initial,

- Integral maintenance for 15 years of 15 dual basic trains and 6 basic trains.
