The purpose of this contract is to provide cleaning services for the premises of Marseille sites:

- 2 rue de la Charité, 13002 Marseille;

- 19 rue Montbrion, 13002 Marseille.

A one-off service may be requested from the holder on an order form related to COVID disinfection by a specific team from certain premises.

For the Montbrion site, the services will be provided during the inventory of the occupant's exit and at the express request of the contracting authority.

The needs to be met are described in the special clauses.

Regarding the Charité site, household appliances should be cleaned once a week (three fridges and four microwaves).

Regarding the Montbrion site, here is the list of services to be provided on an ad hoc basis:

- floor cleaning;

- bathroom cleaning (shower and sink);

- cleaning of toilets;

- kitchen and dining table cleaning;

- dusting shelf, coffee table, bedside table;

- laundry (sheets, pillow cases and bath towels);

- cleaning of household appliances;

- cleaning of the glazing.
