The subject of the Order is:
Reconstruction and renovation of two classrooms located on the ninth floor of the building of the Specialist Multi-Profile Hospital in the Prof. Leszek Giec Upper Silesian Medical Center.
The Purchaser does not allow partial submissions.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes 2b, 3.4 to the SWZ.
3.3. Requirements of the Ordering Party for the object of the order
The Contractor undertakes to fulfill the object of the contract as described
in the SWZ, the contract and in accordance with:
a) Functional and utility program constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ,
b) conditions resulting from applicable technical regulations and the Construction Law;
c) requirements resulting from the applicable Polish Standards, Technical Conditions for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and related regulations;
(d) principles of sound technical knowledge and established customs.
During the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall purchase all finishing materials necessary for the implementation of the task in question on its own as part of the costs specified in this contract. Materials used by the Contractor must be approved for use in construction within the meaning of the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 682, as amended) and the Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213, as amended) and accepted by the Ordering Party.
3.4. In cases where trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes certain products or services provided by a particular contractor are indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject of the contract in sufficiently precise and understandable, however, in any such situation the Contracting Authority allows a solution equivalent to those described in the above. In such situations, possible indications for trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific process that characterizes certain products or services provided by a particular contractor shall be read together with the words “or equivalent”.
By describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described. In such situations, any indications shall be read together with the words 'or equivalent'.
The Contracting Authority shall not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp.
The Contracting Authority shall not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (8) of the Law Pzp.
Description of the criteria that the Employer will use when selecting the offer, together with the weight of these criteria and the method of evaluation of the offers
13.1.Assessment of tenders will be carried out on the basis of the criteria set out in the SWZ and their weights.
Offers will be scored.
During the evaluation of the offers, the subsequent considered and evaluated offers are awarded points for the following criteria according to the following rules:
CRITERIUM PRICE Weight: 60%
CRITERION GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY Weight: 20 %
CRITERION DEADLINE FOR IMPLEMENTATION Weight: 20 %
