Gateshead Council are looking to secure the services of a contractor to carry out carriageway surfacing, resetting of ironwork and include for temporary traffic management, pedestrian management, and diversion routes.

Gateshead Council require a Contractor, to carry out carriageway surfacing and any additional carriageway surfacing schemes, works including the lifting of ironwork and traffic management. Contract will be from 1st June 2024 to 31st May 2026, with option to extend for a further two 12-month periods. The Contractor shall be appointed Principal Contractor in accordance with the CDM regulations 2015.
