The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests covering works in the field of active protection. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes manual removal of American bird cherry (Padus serotina) from the layers of undergrowth in areas managed by the Babki Forest District with a total area of 32.82 ha, located in the forestry area: Rogalin and Mechlin; and spraying the chemical left after stump removal. The contract is co-financed by the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 under the Project "A comprehensive project for the protection of species and natural habitats in areas managed by PGL Lasy Państwowe".

The subject of the contract is the implementation of active protection measures in areas managed by the Babki Forest District with a total area of 32.82 ha, located in the forest area: Mieczewo and Rogalin. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the ToR.

Terms of the contract.

The Employer requires that the service be performed in accordance with applicable law and current technical knowledge.

General principles for the implementation of the object of the contract.

At the request of the Employer, working meetings will be held at which the Contractor will submit the progress of work to the Employer. The Employer shall inform the Contractor about the date of the meeting, by means of electronic communication, at least 5 days in advance.

The contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. In the case of the intention to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the contractor is required to indicate in its offer: part of the contract (material scopes) which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and the contractor to provide subcontractors' companies. This indication should be placed on the offer form. In the absence of an indication of subcontracting in the offer, the contractor will be able to enter the subcontractor only under the conditions specified in the contract.
