Conducting winter maintenance of the road lane of municipal roads, in the winter season 2022/2023 in the Wielka Wieś Commune, the aim of which is to ensure the passability and fluidity of road traffic on roads managed by the Wielka Wieś Commune in the following villages: Bębło, Będkowice, Biały Kościół, Czajowice, Giebułtów, Modlnica, Modlniczka, Prądnik Korzkiewski, Szyce, Tomaszowice, Wielka Wieś, Wierzchowie, in the winter period, i.e. from the date of signing the contract to 15.04.2023 and in particular in particular in during snowfall, sleet or ice.

1. The subject of the contract is: "Conducting winter maintenance of municipal roads, in the Wielka Wieś Commune in the winter season 2022/2023"

1.1. The scope of the contract includes:

Conducting winter maintenance of the road lane of municipal roads, in the winter season 2022/2023 in the Wielka Wieś Commune, the aim of which is to ensure the passability and fluidity of road traffic on roads managed by the Wielka Wieś Commune in the following villages: Bębło, Będkowice, Biały Kościół, Czajowice, Giebułtów, Modlnica, Modlniczka, Prądnik Korzkiewski, Szyce, Tomaszowice, Wielka Wieś, Wierzchowie, in the winter period, i.e. from the date of signing the contract to 15.04.2023 and in particular in particular in during snowfall, sleet or ice.

In particular, the order will consist of:

- preparation of the equipment and materials necessary for the execution of the task by: purchase, rental, storage, loading and transportation,

- snow removal and elimination of slipperiness of roadways and roadsides and accompanying facilities, i.e. mideans, bus bays,

- removal of winter slipperiness on roads by sprinkling the road surface with materials used for sprinkling them during winter road maintenance,

- equipment duty,

- transfer of information on the state of roads in the form of reports to the Contracting Authority

- ensuring connectivity with working or on-duty equipment,

1.2. The list of roads covered by the contract is presented in Annex 14,15,16 to this SWZ

2.Maintenance Standards:

2.1. 46,710 m of roads maintained around the clock I group (the list of roads is presented in Annex 14 to this SWZ) - roads cleared of snow in the first place.

The standard of road maintenance includes:

- snow removal and sprinkling of the roadway: along its width and length, along with passing, platforms and roadside.

2.2. 32.204mb of roads maintained around the clock II group (the list of roads is presented in Annex 15 to this SWZ)

The standard of road maintenance includes:

- snow removal and sprinkling of the roadway along the entire width along with winter maintenance of the so-called diaphragm. The roadway sprinkled on elevations and bends and hazardous places

2.3. 12.568mb of roads maintained around the clock after receiving a telephone order by the Ordering Party (the list of roads is presented in Annex 16 to this SWZ) maintained around the clock according to the above-mentioned order – roads reported on the phone

The standard of road maintenance includes:

- snow removal and sprinkling of the roadway along the entire width along with winter maintenance of the so-called diaphragm. The roadway sprinkled on elevations and bends and hazardous places

To calculate the price of the offer for round-the-clock maintenance of roads reported on the phone, about 800 km of roads should be taken. This is the estimated number of kilometers of roads. The settlement of the service will take place on the basis of the service actually performed and received.

2.4. Roads must be snowballed in a way that does not impede the inclusion of a snow-covered road from adjoining roads in the area of junctions and exits and in a way that does not cause pavements to backfill

2.5. The Contractor shall proceed to snow removal or sprinkle the road surface described in points 2.1 and 2.2 in order to remove its slipperiness within up to 90 minutes (1.5 hours) from the occurrence of the phenomenon obstructing traffic on the road taking into account the provisions of section 4.1

2.6. In the case of roads not covered by the lump sum described in point 2.3, the Contractor shall undertake winter maintenance after a telephone notification by the Contracting Authority up to 90 minutes from the notification at the latest.

2.7. Slipperiness on the roads must be eliminated by sprinkling the snow-cleaned surface with ensulating material.

2.8. In the event of continuous rainfall, the possibility of safe movement on the roads described above around the clock must be maintained and work should be carried out in such a way as to ensure patency and communication safety in the areas covered by the action,
