Such waste, collected and transported by truck and/or articulated trucks equipped with bins that can be removed by the contractor of the general waste collection service, on behalf of the contracting station, must be conferred in a single fixed plant authorized pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006 and s.m.i., for recovery operations (Annex C — part fourth of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006, or in the case of an economic operator with registered office in another Country of the EU, with equivalent authorization in force (Art. 49 Legislative Decree 50/2016 et s.m.i.), in the name of the bidder itself, for the waste referred to in the C.E.R. 20 03 03 Residues of road cleaning, for a capacity Annual authorised storage and handling plant suitable to treat the entire alleged amount of waste collected in relation to this contract. Three-year procurement period presumably from 1.7.2021 to 30.6.2024. The total quantity in tonnes for the contract concerned is estimated at 3 324 tonnes (average 92,333 t/month (1 108 tonnes) x 36 months, with a total fluctuation of +/- 20% tonnes under the same conditions economic and contractual agreements. The unit price based on the invitation to tender shall be 95,00 (ninety-five/00) EUR/tonne, (unit security charges interferential risks zero/00 EUR/tonne), plus VAT, for an alleged total amount of: 315 EUR 780.00 (total interferential risk security charges of 0/00 EUR), plus VAT.
