UF1 General orientation

The project includes external management such as snow removal and slipping control of hard surfaces, as well as the management of the outdoor environment at homes, homes for elderly people, etc. owned or managed by Östersundshem. The scope of the contractor is shown under UF.3.2.. 2 documents in the procurement document. Outdoor environment/Snow removal care surfaces is shown in K1 Scope. The execution of the care shall be carried out in accordance with the Annex to the contract. Variations may occur between years depending on, for example, changed management orientation or purchasing/sale of real estate.
