Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV) needs to establish three parallel framework agreements which shall cover the agency's requirements for geological ground surveys, geotechnical consultancy and engineering design for the agency's projects and departments. The objective of the procurement is to ensure that the agency human resources that are not available internally and that are necessary in order to implement the agency's construction projects.
