The Senate of the States General intends to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor who can provide the Senate of the States General with the need for temporary external personnel.

All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and / or by calling on third parties.

The need for external hiring is inherently dynamic. The size of the contract is estimated at approximately EUR 400,000 (excluding VAT) per year. The above-mentioned scope is only intended as an indication. The contractor cannot derive any rights from this in any way. The Contracting Authority has no purchase obligation and gives no turnover guarantee.
