- Structural engineering (service phases 1 - 6 according to HOAI § 51 in conjunction with Annex 14, incl. structural fire protection) The required services are based on the service profiles of the HOAI. The client reserves the right to place an order in stages in stages and, if necessary, in construction phases.

The city of Lübbecke is planning an extensive energetic and technical renovation as well as expansion of the accessibility and possibilities of use of the indoor pool Lübbecke. The implementation of the measure takes place during the ongoing operation of the structurally directly adjacent city and sports hall. The financing is to be provided proportionately through the federal programme "Renovation of municipal facilities in the areas of sport, youth and culture". The total volume for the project amounts to EUR 5,516,944 net for cost groups 200 - 700 (without equipment). Commissioning by 30 June 2025. The measure is funded by the federal government and must therefore be carried out in accordance with the RZBau (guideline for the implementation of federal funding construction measures). Part of the freelance planning services described below is participation in the preparation of all information and documents required by the funding body. The aim is to build energy-efficiently and sustainably within the framework of the budget specifications.
