The subject of the Order are construction works consisting in the construction of a bottom reinforcement at the Industrial Quay III-1 ÷ III-6 and the replacement of the fender line of the Industrial Quay III-1 and III-2 at the Port of Gdansk. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option on the terms set out in the Draft Agreement (Annex 8 to the SWZ) and the Description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ): option right No. 1: regarding the implementation of section III-5 with a length of 75 m between points 36e-36f and section III-6 with a length of 82.1 m between points 36f-37, in accordance with the Draft Agreement (Annex No. 8 to the SWZ) and OPZ, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. Option right No. 2: regarding the change in the manner of construction of the fender line on sections III-1 and III-2, in accordance with the Draft Agreement (Annex No. 8 to the SWZ) and OPZ, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The contract is divided into sections of the following length: 1) section III-1 – part of the Industrial Quay with a length of 250.6 m is concluded between points 36 to 36b; 2) section III-2 – a part of the Industrial Quay with a length of 100.6 m is included between points 36b to 36c; 3) section III-3 – part of the Industrial Quay with a length of 169 m is included between points 36c-36d; 4) section III-4 – a part of the Industrial Quay with a length of 125 m is included between points 36d-36e. 5) section III-5 with a length of 75 m between points 36e-36f and section III-6 with a length of 82.1 m between points 36f-37 – in the event of the Contracting Authority deciding to exercise the right of option No. 1, in accordance with the Draft Agreement (Annex No. 8 to the SWZ) and OPZ, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4.2.
