The procurement comprises 2 lots: 1) Construction manager (BL) and 2) coordinator of work (KU) for Skien Municipality's project for the construction of a foot and cycle bridge.

The aim of the lot is to procurement a construction manager (BL) for Skien Municipality's project for the construction of a foot and cycle bridge between Klosterøya and Jernbanebrygga. The construction manager will, amongst other things, manage the development, follow-up contractors and other suppliers, and carry out quality progress, and cost control. See Part II Annex 1a The Contracting Authority'd Service and Requirements Specification BL.

The aim of the lot is to procure a coordinator for work (KU) for Skien Municipality'd project for the construction of a foot and cycle bridge between Klosterøya and Jernbanebrygga. The coordinator for work will, amongst other things, make sure that the risk regarding SHA is mapped, assessed, and minimised through the chosen solutions and coordination of control plans for SHA.
