Conclusion of a framework agreement for cloud services for the provision of a SaaS solution digital signature and related services according to individual retrieval

The subject matter of the framework agreement is the following cloud services: SaaS solution digital signature together with related services according to individual retrieval of the client. The client shall call up the contractual cloud services in accordance with the provisions of the EVB-IT cloud contract both for himself and for all health insurance companies currently and in the future affiliated with the BITMARCK Group under company law as well as other companies of the BITMARCK Group (customers).
