The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”), covering works in the scope of: logging and resorting, farming and conservation forest, fire protection, maintenance of educational and tourist facilities, to be carried out in the Dynów Forest District in 2022. resulting from Annex No. 3 Descriptions of activities codes describing the individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the SWZ. The order is divided into 2parts: Package I - Forestry: Coast, Dąbrówka, Dylągowa; Package II - Forestry: Siedliska, Ulucz, Jabłonica

The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the scope of: harvesting and ripping of timber, farming and forest protection, fire protection, maintenance of educational and tourist facilities according to annexes SWZ 3.1 -3.4: size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; sortment arrangement of timber harvesting; distribution of timber distances and conditions, list of areas where the protection of raids and subplants is planned..

Qualitative standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract shall be determined by Decision No 142 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Krosno of 7 October 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in forestry groups grouped in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Krosno. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of forest work implementation technology).
