The object of the contract is the transport and treatment service aimed at the recovery of the waste (E.E.R. code 19.01.12) produced by the waste-to-energy plant, located in (20832) Desio (MB), Via Gaetana Agnesi, no. 272, owned by the contracting authority, Brianza Energia Ambiente S.p.A. and managed by the company BEA Gestioni S.p.A., controlled pursuant to art. 2359 of the Italian Civil Code by the aforementioned Brianza Energia Ambiente S.p.A. - which manages, on the basis of a business unit lease contract, the aforementioned plant - according to the conditions established by the Special Tender Specifications under Annex III to the Tender Regulations.
