acquisition of four small, medium and large-caliber ammunition de-cartridge machines (with their control bay and their piloting and operating software), with associated technical support and uninstallation of

the machines currently held ensure by the holder of this contract project relate to:

-The supply, installation and commissioning of 4 uncapping machines equipped with their control bay and their control and operating software. The minimum desired tensile and compression capacities are 10 kn (for one machine), 50 kn (for one machine), and 200 kn (for two machines). These means will make it possible to measure and record precisely the values of detachment of projectiles packed on ammunition of different calibers.

-the dismantling and transfer of existing resources from the DGA TT pyrotechnic zone to another premises on the DGA Tt site.

-Technical support services (preventive and corrective maintenance) including in particular the mechanical, electronic and computer parts (including software updates) of each machine and metrological control services.

The equipment to be maintained is located in the pyrotechnic zone at DGA Terrestrial Techniques site in Bourges.

This draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12 of the Public Procurement Code.
