The subject of the order is a comprehensive service consisting in the maintenance and care of low and high greenery, carrying out horticultural and cleaning work on municipal areas: municipal park, squarees, greenery, greenery, greenery in playgrounds and in places of national memory.

1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive service consisting in the maintenance and care of low and high greenery, carrying out gardening and cleaning works in the areas of: municipal park, squarees, greenery, greenery, green space in playgrounds and in places of national memory.

2. The subject of the order includes;

1) lawn care and weed removal;

1) care of bushes and flower discount;

2) care of trees;

3) horticultural and cleanup work;

4) purchase of plant material;

5. Cleaning and handling of green spaces on objects designated in Annex No... entitled “List of objects to which the subject of the contract referred to in parts No 1 and No 2" as A.3., A.5., A.6., A.9, A10, B.1, D. and in road greenery;

NOTE! The parts of the individual components to be executed are included in the price form — Annex No 1 to the Offer.

1. The terms of execution of the subject of the order and the other details of the description of the subject matter of the order are contained in the proposed terms of the contract — Annex 2 to the SWZ. The individual items of the subject of the contract, the measurement of works and the times of performance in each year are specified in the price form — Annex No 1 to the Offer.

2. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order in accordance with this SWZ, the contract and applicable laws applicable to the subject matter of the contract —

in particular having the necessary entries in registers and authorisations.
