Rehabilitation work on three buildings in Domaine Sud in Le Tholonet (10 lots)
The operation concerns the rehabilitation of three buildings for which the levels of intervention and the consistency of the work are different:
- Complete rehabilitation of the Sainte-Victoire building: 3 levels: Rdc/R+1/R+2, building built in 1996
- Partial redevelopment of the Equipment Counter: Rdc and R + 1, recent building built in 2012
- Partial redevelopment of the Verdon building: part of the R+1, a recent building built in 2011.
- Creation of a functional link between the R+1 of the Verdon and Comptoir buildings
- Landscaping of the outdoor spaces of the Sainte-Victoire building and connection with the Comptoir building
