This consultation concerns the subscription of various insurance contracts on behalf of the Société Publique Locale d'Aménagement d'Intérêt National (SPLA-IN) Aix Marseille Provence. It is divided into three lots: - Lot n°1: Damage to property - Non-Occupying Owner (PNO); - Lot n°2: Civil liability and related risks; - Lot n°3: Construction insurance.

Damage to property PNO:- Guarantee of losses and ancillary costs resulting from a guaranteed loss. - Guarantee of the responsibilities provided for by the C.C.P. under guarantees A.

Civil liability and related risks:- Guarantee of the "all risks except" type granting a minimum guarantee amount of 8,000,000 euro (s) as well as coverage of all professional activities of SPLA-IN AMP.

Construction insurance:- Guarantee in accordance with the legal framework for the guarantee of damage to the work, with commitment to guarantee the entirety of each operation under successive project management.- All-risk site guarantee formulated in the form of an all-risk guarantee except with granting of the quality of insured to the stakeholders.
