The subject of the Order is:

1) Receipt and development of municipal waste from property owners residing from the territory of the municipality of Markowa,

2) Conducting the Selective Collective of Municipal Waste (PSZOK),

3) Receiving municipal waste provided by residents of Markova Municipality to PSZOK,

4) Providing inhabited property owners bags for selective waste collection, and waste bags mixed within the price offered.

A detailed description of the item of the order includes SWZ.

1. The object of the order is the collection and development of the entire stream of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located on the territory of Markov Municipality, Markov, Husov, Tarnawka in the period from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. Implementation of the object of the contract will be made to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage.

2. During the entire period of execution of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes:

1) Receiving and landscaping of property owners inhabited from the territory of the municipality of Markowa municipal waste, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of May 10, 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 906) such as:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;

(b) a fraction involving paper and cardboard;

(c) glass fraction (packaging of colourless and coloured glass);

(d) a fraction involving metals and plastics (metals, metal packaging, plastics, plastic packaging, multi-aerial packaging);

(e) a fraction involving biowaste (i.e. biodegradable waste from gardens and parks, household food and kitchen waste);

(f) fraction involving expired medicines (collected selectively at collection points of expired medicines);

2) Conducting the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste (PSZOK).

3) Receiving municipal waste provided by residents of Markov Municipality to PSZOK such as:

(a) large-sized waste;

(b) construction and demolition waste (i.e. rubble, windows, doors, wooden and plastic window frames without a limit, and polystyrene and mineral wool in a quantity not exceeding 10 bags 120 l per year per household);

(c) consumed tyres, coming from households (not more than 4 tyres per year per household);

(d) complete waste electrical and electronic equipment;

(e) waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels (in particular needles and syringes);

(f) textiles and clothing;

(g) hazardous waste (i.e. packaging after plant protection products, appliances containing freons);

(h) expired chemicals (i.e. packaging containing expired household chemicals and packaging containing paints and varnishes not suitable for use);

i) batteries and batteries.

4) Providing inhabited property owners with bags for selective waste collection, and waste bags mixed within the price offered.

3. Quantitative data characterizing the order (not constituting the limits of the order):

1) the area of the Municipality of Markova - is 6840 ha;

2) number of residents in the Municipality (according to check-in) — about 6496 people;

3) number of single-family and homestead buildings 1723 including: Słeców Markov (1085), Słeców Husów (511), Słeców Tarnawka (127);

4) the estimated total amount of waste provided for collection and transport - 1015,401 Mg
