Project management assistance services for diagnosis, programming and monitoring of project management studies on rehabilitation operations of social housing buildings on occupied sites. Not all requirements are defined in the framework agreement but will be defined in subsequent contracts. This is a framework agreement executed by subsequent procurement under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-1 to R 2162-2 of the French Public Procurement Code The framework agreement is multi-awardee: it will be awarded to the two candidates who have submitted the most economically advantageous tenders (subject to a sufficient number of applications and tenders) The contract shall be executed as and when the need arises through the conclusion of subsequent contracts, executing themselves by issuing purchase orders.
