Condition assessment, review and energy labelling of the departments of general housing organisations in Denmark - Stage III

The offering includes state assessment, review and energy labelling of the housing divisions of the remaining general housing organisations in Denmark that were not set aside in connection with the Landsbygefonden's previous tenders

of stages I and II in 2021.

The present offering includes 22 general housing organizations containing 235 housing departments. The total number of buildings offered in this tender amounts to approximately 3,100, of which approximately 1,900 buildings have valid energy marks and approximately 1,200 buildings have expired (invalid) energy marks or are without energy marks.

A condition assessment of 20 selected building parts per building type must be carried out in each housing department and an external review of the Housing Department's operating plan, which includes plans for Planned and Periodic Maintenance. The number of building types created for the housing departments in this offering amounts to 783.

The tender is divided into two sub-agreements, each involving a contract for a more closely geographically bounded amount of housing departments.

Middle Jutland I

Partial agreement 200 includes a total of 9 pcs. housing organisations: Cooperative housing association Beringsgaard, Cooperative housing association Brande, Cooperative housing association Odinsgaard, Housing Company Domea Østjylland, Bomidtvest, FelbBo, Lejerbo, Herning, Lejerbo, Trehøje, Nørre Snede Andelsboligforening.

The housing organisations contain a total of 152 wards, divided into 6 pcs. municipalities in the area of Midtjylland.

The sub-agreement comprises a review of 1,594 pieces of buildings, divided into a total of 409 pieces of building (created). The partial agreement includes 8,503 homes.

For the subagreement there are 1,326 pcs. energy marks valid that expire in 2021 or later (equivalent to 536,741 m2) and 12 pcs. expired (invalid) energy marks (5,720 m2). There are 166 pieces of buildings without energy marks (97.337 m2).

Middle Jutland II

Partial agreement 201 covers a total of 13 pcs. housing organizations: AAB Vejle, Housing Society Give, Housing Society Grejsdalen, Housing Society Østerbo, Housing Company Domea Lunderskov - Kolding, Den Almennyttige Andelsboligforening Grønnevangen, Domea, Vejle-Børkop, DUAB, Jelling Housing Company, Lejerbo, Triangle, Tyrstrup Cooperative Housing Association of 1955, Vejle Elderboligselskab

The housing organisations contain a total of 83 wards, divided into 3 pcs. municipalities in the area of Midtjylland.

The sub-agreement comprises a review of 1,558 pieces of buildings, allocated in total 374 pieces of building (created). The partial agreement includes 7,643 homes.

For the subagreement there are 566 pcs. energy marks valid that expire in 2021 or later (equivalent to 390,554 m2) and 219 pcs. expired (invalid) energy marks (72.876 m2). There are 802 pieces without energy marks (147.796 m2).
