1. The object of the contract is a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste generated in the territory of the municipality of Zagnańsk from the owners of the property where the inhabitants reside (single-family and multi-family development) and the municipal collection point of problem waste located in the village of Samsonów and their transport to the Waste Disposal Plant (waste management costs provided to the ZUO are charged to the Ordering Party and should not be included in the price of the offer).

The amount of waste generated in the territory of the municipality of Zagnańsk is not dependent on the Ordering Party. The quantities established are estimated and subject to change according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party, taking into account the amount of waste generated in households located in the municipality of Zagnańsk.
The subject of the contract shall include the collection of municipal waste, collected selectively as well as residues from selectively collected municipal waste, i.e. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste.
Exclusion: Waste resulting from business activities is not the subject of this contract.
3. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect municipal waste directly from the owners of the property according to the division into the following fractions:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;
(b) selectively collected i.e.:
— glass, including glass packaging waste,
— metals, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-plant packaging waste,
— paper and cardboard,
— biodegradable waste, including biodegradable packaging waste,
— ash,
- waste electrical and electronic equipment,
- furniture and other bulky waste,
— worn tyres

4. If the Contractor has concluded agreements with the owners of uninhabited properties located in the territory of the municipality of Zagnańsk for the collection of waste, the timetable should be drawn up so that the dates of receipt under the subject of the contract do not coincide with the collection of waste from the property uninhabited. The Contractor shall forward to the Contracting Authority a list of uninhabited properties with which it holds contracts for the collection of waste, on the date of signing the contract.
5. In the territory of the municipality of Zagnańsk, there will be a bag or container system of collection of municipal waste segregated and residues from selectively collected municipal waste, i.e. non-segregated.
