Building for senior citizens:

- 29 x apartments with 29 x apartment distributors and 29 x media distributors;

- 1 x apartments in general;

- 5 x user units on the ground floor with 5x sub-distributions;

- 1 x sub-distribution for 12 vehicle charging stations;

- 1 x CHP with feed-back meter;

- 1 x photovoltaic system with feedback meter.

Nursing home building:

- 1 x main building distribution with;

- 1 x total electricity meter;

- 1 x photovoltaic system with feedback meter;

- outlets for 6 x subdivisions;

- Cable system NYM 3 x 1.5 mm 2nd -5 x 35 mm 2nd approx. 23,000 m;

- Telecommunication cable system approx. 4,500 m;

- Data cable cat. 7 approx. 17,000 m with approx. 300 RJ45 data sockets;

- Cable laying on cable trays, collecting brackets, protective tubes, parapet ducts;

- Installation devices (switches, sockets, etc.) approx. 3 800 pieces in device boxes;

- LED version with approx. 1,200 lights;

- BK network (senior living) antenna system with approx. 90 antenna sockets and approx. 1 900 m antenna cable;

- Satellite system (nursing home) antenna system with approx. 75 antenna sockets and approx. 2 500 m antenna cable;

- Sun protection system with approx. 200 blind buttons and central control;

- Safety lighting system with 50 rings and approx. 210 safety lights / escape route marking;

- Escape route door terminals approx. 6 pieces;

- LED exterior lighting with approx. 40 lights;

- underground cable system for outdoor system approx. 420 m;

- Supply line for main building distribution for senior citizens, underground cable 4 x 185/95 mm 2nd approx. 10 m;

- Supply line for main building distribution for nursing home underground cable 4 x 120/70 mm 2nd approx. 140 m;

- Supply line for photovoltaic systems underground cable 5 x 50 mm 2nd approx. 60 m.
