Management of the school catering service for kindergartens, primary, secondary 1st degree, municipal cres, municipal nurseries and services preparation and supply of elderly meals at home, including any other school complex that during the validity of this contract, is opened and / or used by educational institutions in relation to the increase in the number of students enrolled.

The presumed size of the user is about 109550 meals per year (of which 90000 for kindergartens and primary schools and for the group of students of extracurricular activities of the 1st grade secondary school) and 19000 meals for other services (home meals for the elderly 9750, cres 2600, nursery 7200). In addition to the preparation of meals, the annual supply of 22084 snacks is planned at kindergartens, nurseries and municipal cres.

The numerical data provided are indicative and may be subject to change based on the planning choices of the teaching activity carried out by the reference Comprehensive Institute and based on the requests of the users of the home meal service. No compensation will therefore be due to the winning company in the event that the number of meals requested is lower than expected. The Company must, however, be available to provide meals in larger quantities, if necessary, subject to the assumption of a relative commitment of expenditure by the S.A.

Meal preparation and delivery services will be as follows:

- nursery, primary and secondary schools 1st according to school calendar

- Municipal nurseries is scheduled from 1 September to 31 July of the following year, with the possibility of opening also for the month of August. There are no interruptions of the activity during the Christmas and Easter holidays. The nursery will be closed only for the holidays indicated by the calendar.

- Meals service at home for the elderly must be guaranteed every day from Monday to Sunday throughout the year.

The municipal summer C.R.E.S. works in the months of July and August, according to the indications of the Personal Services office, at a kindergarten and a primary school.

The service covered by this contract also provides for the reorganization and disinfection of all the rooms used for the school meal service and meal preparation (kitchen, pantry, related services, canteen, equipment and furniture), intended as a functional service for the provision of the main services of school meals and meal preparation.
