Complex of active protection activities on the peat bog in the nature reserve "Rotuz".

1.1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting of, m.in.

felling and ringing of trees and mowing of reeds on an area of about 15 ha together with the removal of the resulting biomass outside the peat bog area in a manual way, in the Rotuz nature reserve, located in the municipality

Chybie in Cieszyn County and in the Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune in Bielsko County.

1.2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ).

1.3. Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract are specified in the "Draft provisions of the contract" (PPU), constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

2. Requirements related to the performance of the contract in the scope of employment by the Contractor

or a subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing indicated by

Ordering Party activities in the field of contract performance, if the performance of these
